We are a dedicated team of two Certified Nurse Midwives with years of experience supporting women through childbirth. Our mission is to empower expectant mothers in Bend and the greater Central Oregon area by providing comprehensive childbirth education that covers everything from healthy pregnancy practices to achieving the birth of their dreams—whether that’s unmedicated, medicated, in a hospital, birth center, or at home.

Hypnobirthing is a powerful course that empowers expectant parents to become confident and calm as they approach birth. The education and tools help them to have the best possible birth for them. Hypnobirthing allows women to feel calmer and helps them feel more in control and ultimately have a positive birth experience.

We offer 4-week comprehensive group childbirth education, tailored one-on-one educational sessions and group meditation nights. Through all of our services, we seek to expand your knowledge, confidence and sense of community. Our offerings will continue to expand as we grow.
